I did Day 3 of the Gym Program today! Every day in the gym looks different for me depending on how I feel & what else I need my body to have energy for for the rest of the day. So I approached today with lighter intensity with my main goals: move my body & get some blood flowing :)) Coach Tiana I definitely felt these in my glutes. I’ll take any feedback you might have.
