Hii babe! Oof this one is tough to flatten out because this shape forces you into an overly square split (which we know typically means... less "splitty").. but you can try extending the left leg back as far as possible (squeeze the glutes to help you achieve as much hip extension as possible). Not sure if this will work.. can you arch your back at all in this or will you lose the hold?

agree that having a super comfy Ayesha will make this transition a little less "scary". Do you have anyone that could spot your hips in this for the first time.. helping you get from Ayesha to the part where your first inner thigh gets glued onto the pole :))

Omg loooove!! ❤️😍 you are so adorable! And amazing

Ahhh I see! Okay let's see how it goes with what we chatted about for the other entry... just going slower :))

Elena Martelli you probably surprised yourself with this then, because you did great!! Its a very difficult one to hold. It can be helpful to tuck the knees in as close to your chest as possible on the dismount and bend both arms a little to re engage the biceps. Very good tho!!

I would try lowering the straight leg a little more.. try pointing the toes towards the floor vs the ceiling.. that might create a little extra space for you :)

jamimah I would say more strength (it's just in a super awkward position too).. ALSO, wanted to give you one more tip.. have you tried grabbing the straight leg FIRST! Then putting the the "choker" hand on the pole, THEN threading the head through??
