Hiii Cleimp!

Yes this makes perfect sense! I have a couple things in mind for you. I plan to film a little video of this too, to help you understand even more. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you have resistance bands? I think it'll be helpful to practice the decent into this shape with a band (on static). It's a lot tougher to descent into this shape vs lift up into it, so I think a band will help give you a little support to help your body understand what it's supposed to do. Does this make sense?

Hi Nina! Good question! Different things will work for different people so just keep in mind that you might have to do some experimenting to figure out what feels best to your body :)) For me personally, I like to do my weights first and then stretching after. This order feels really good for my body. I don't think there's necessarily a right or wrong. Coach Tiana do you have any thoughts on this?

yassss!! Okay so if you start with your butt a little closer to the pole, it might help you land closer to the pole as well (you'll have more time to bring your legs inwards before they hit the ground).
