Hey Melissa Angling Ohh let me tell you the pole doesn’t like tall people πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ you got this though! You are soooo close πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎ yes like Vanessa said your hands may be too high and also I don’t know if this helps any but as a tallish girlie myself I have to lift my hips much higher almost like thrusting it in the air then.really tucking that pelvis towards the pole. So think of using your hands to throw the pole between your legs like Stephanie said.. then thrust your hips up entire core engaged. Hope this wasn’t confusing πŸ˜…πŸ˜… YOU GOT THIS!!

Welcome all!! My biggest goal for this year is to build a mindset that will serve me not deter me. As I evolve as a person I also like to evolve my mindset to make sure my subconscious is moving me in the same direction as my conscious ☺️

Stephanie Tallant yes it is πŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ’ƒπŸΎ did it for the first time today.. ohhh that makes sense I didn’t know it would put pressure on that inside shoulder good to know! Thanks I’ll definitely go inch by inch over the next few weeks πŸ™πŸΎ.. just wondering Is it more of shoulder strength or shoulder flexibility move?
