This is TOTALLY random but does anyone else chuckle when Stephanie Tallant says put the block on medium setting ( in her stretch videos)?! lol I remember the first day doing one of her stretches I was like does her block come with settings? 🤣 I might just invent a Steph yoga block with settings lol.

Hey Hannah just saw this and now am confused 😅 I saw your video but what do you mean other side of the pole? Like when I am in my ballerina or when I take my leg off?

Hannah thank you so much !!! Yes I see it!! I think when I go to bring that top hand to an elbow hold I am pushing my chest forward ( because it helps me get it the elbow grip) which removes the contact point in my upper back…..

Stephanie Tallant so today I tried the devils elbow aerially but I kept sliding.. i didn’t have this problem doing it from the floor..what am I doing wrong?
