Elena Martelli good attempt on this!! You’re correct- upper arm should stay a little bent & bottom arm should be straight. Try not to rotate hips towards the camera as much (keep chest a little more upwards too) this should support your balance a bit better!!

jamimah this is a favorite!! Compression is a lot of abs, quads, and hip flexors, so these are the areas you should feel it :)) Block compression drill
