  1. NEW Yoga Flows will be available with the amazing Josephine Edith Graabæk ! She's been a member of this app for over 2 years, is an incredible yoga instructor, and I'm so freakin excited that you all will have an opportunity to learn from her! The Yoga Flows will be available to all Active Subscribers.

  2. NEW Pole Conditioning Program will be launched through the App vs Google Sheets. This has been highly requested, so I'm so excited to finally bring this update to you all.

Are you following the Gym Program?
Reminder that the 2 week systemic training starts this week!

The purpose of this training is to get your heart rate up and to be a little more "cardio" focused, so make sure the weight you choose for the exercises are ones you can keep moving! (Coach Tiana, feel free to add or clarify anything here).

I personally really enjoy this type of training and can't wait for these next 2 weeks myself!

✨Week of Aug 19th: Stargazer Tutorial with variations & a fun exit!

✨Week of Aug 26th: REVIEW WEEK (stargazer, jade, leg hangs, and if you're really feeling creative, try making a combo that includes stargazer AND jade!)

SAFETY: There are different levels included in these challenges. Please approach new moves safely. Use a crash pad if you have it or if you have a trusty spotter, that's great too. I want you all to be safe, that's my #1 priority :)) If you're unsure about the prerequisites to the moves, please feel free to ask that question in the Community Feed ("Hey Steph. I really want to try XYZ, but not sure if I should. What are some of the moves I should have before this?) and I can help you determine if a move is appropriate for you to try!

Tips:
- it’s important that if you’re right arm is the inside arm (the one wrapping around the pole), your LEFT leg is in front for your climb (or vice versa)
- After hands are clasped, the back leg slowly straightens, both legs still squeezing into the pole, and hips are pressed forward
Susan Papp Mlodzienski your setup was on point in your video. Have you tried to straighten your legs?

Hi students!! I've added an additional twisting drill to the library. I've attached it to this post.
