jamimah re Janeiro video! Hii babe okay so it’s a little hard to see from the angle, but it looks like your leg is coming in front of the elbow line.. I’m going to post a screenshot with a line at my elbow so you can see what I’m talking about. There is also a slow mo video on this post, so you can see that the leg never comes in front of that “line”… this ensures the butt, low back, and mid back are engaged to the MAX… upper back needs to be working for this too. Next time you try, can you let me know if your leg is passing in front of this line. If so, I’m going to give you the flying cobra video as homework!!

One of our subscribers here, John Flynn, is working on football grip butterfly. John, I did the setup really slowly this morning so you could see all the pieces. 2 things to focus on: I think more upper back engagement and slide the knees down substantially before trying to release the back leg. Lmk if you see those two things in this video! Keep us posted!

Reminder to all Subscribers: We start our 2 week systemic training this week!
Coach Tiana created a new spreadsheet for us too in order to help those that don’t have access to certain equipment 😍💪🏼
You can access this new spreadsheet via the same google sheets document as the program. I always love the 2 week systemic training. It's a great way to cross train our bodies with different inputs.
Also I had an excellent question from Nina this week! It's totally okay to only implement the gym program 1 day or 2 days/ week. Sometimes 3 days feels like too much. So if you're hesitating to start with the gym program because it feels like too much, please feel free to just try 1 day and see what you think!
The new 12 week gym program will start December 9th and it’ll be updated in the same spreadsheet so you won’t need to request access to a different one.
