Tackled Day 3 of the more cardio-like workouts we have the next 2 weeks in the gym program! In this clip:
4x12 Goblet Squat (20lbs) SS/
4x12 Bent over DB row (20lbs)

One of you asked a very important question today:

"Hey Steph - what does untuck your tailbone mean? You say it in almost every video."

Untuck = anterior pelvic tilt = stick your butt out

Tuck = posterior pelvic tilt = pull hip bones up towards ribs

It's SO important to ask these questions! Please continue to do so Pole with Steph squad. Thanks for being here!

The fact you’re feeling the engagement on the way back up is the important part, so these are just tips to continue making them better!
I like to have inside hand low and that forces me to use both arms equally when I switch sides so stronger arm isn’t accidentally doing more work lol
When you feel like you can start going a little lower, slide your hands down with you and then slowly make your way back up, walking your hands up the pole like I do in this video!
Obviously you DO NOT need to go this low. This was just an example video I had in my camera roll that I never shared and thought it was perfect for you to see what I’m talking about here! Lmk if these things make sense :)) thanks for asking the questions here in the community!!!
